Refund policy

At MINIBOSS, we only offer an exchange or refund if you receive the wrong product.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photo proof of:

• The item received
• The packaging
• Your order confirmation or order number

Once we have checked the issue, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or unwanted items.
